This coarse tooth diamond corrugating file will grind grooves or serrations into the cutting edge of the scissors.

The coarse tooth file produces approximately 48 corrugation lines per inch. This is an approximate number and not guaranteed.

Corrugated blades hold fibers in place to prevent sliding and bunching. Corrugated blades are found on some barber and pet grooming scissors as well as Industrial scissors used for cutting Kevlar®, Fiberglass, Carbon Fiber, aramids, ballistics materials, and other advanced textiles
